If I wish to make a change to my retainer, who do I contact?
Please contact your account manager.
Am I locked into a long-term contract with these retainer tiers?
After 6 months of ongoing digital marketing with :Delmain, your retainer transitions to a month-to-month contract. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. If you wish to add any new services (Google Ads/Meta Ads/SEO), we do require a 6-month commitment, including re-engagements. Partners can move between tiers immediately while they are within the first 6 months.
Can I move up or down a tier (example - moving from SEO ‘Growth’ to SEO ‘Accelerator’)?
Yes, you can move to a different tier at any point (up or down) with a 30-day notice.
Is there anything below the ‘Nurture’ tier?
For all individual services, there is currently nothing below ‘Nurture’ but you can enroll in just Unlimited Website Support.
Is there anything above the ‘Accelerator’ tier?
No, there is not. However, for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, the :Delmain retainer becomes 10% of ad spend if it’s above the quoted ‘Accelerator’ investment. For SEO, if your needs extend beyond ‘Accelerator,’ please contact your account manager.
